I stared posting Lake Oswego neighborhood stats but wanted to detour a bit today and post the condo (townhouse, attached) stats for the Lake Oswego real estate market instead.

Lake Oswego Real Estate Condo Stats

In 2011 you were able to purchase a larger condo (townhouse, attached) with less money. Although the original price vs. sold price was higher than the past couple of years, foreclosures and short sales brought Lake Oswego condos and housing to more affordable levels.
