The City of Lake Oswego now has an Infill Design Handbook available. The non-regulatory handbook provides principles and guidelines that if followed with existing zoning standards, will produce a new Lake Oswego home that fits into its unique Lake Oswego neighborhood context.

The principles and guidelines are categorized into three basic types of lots most commonly found throughout the City of Lake Oswego.

Use of this new Infill Design Handbook is recommended when purchasing an infill lot and prior to choosing a design for your Lake Oswego home.
