I’ve been working my way through the different neighborhoods in Lake Oswego posting neighborhood stats for the
past three years.
Lake Oswego Real Estate Neighborhood Stats The Parke At Westlake
This is the neighborhood I have lived in since 1988, and it is part of the larger Westlake area. However, it is a pocket neighborhood with only three streets that dead-end. There is a pathway at the end of my subdivision that leads over to Westlake Park.
I have pictures of both the pathway and Westlake Park over at my ALL ABOUT…..Lake Oswego Living.A Photo Blog.
Neighborhood Stats The Park At Westlake
Like many neighborhoods, The Parke At Westlake took a hit during the housing crisis. However, there have been some neighborhoods in Lake Oswego who have fared better than others in 2011 and in fact outperformed 2009 and 2010.
This wasn’t the case for The Parke At Westlake. It took a big hit in 2011 in regards to prices, time on the market and price per sq. ft.
